The Quality Manager develops, implements, maintains, and improves the organization’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001. Responsibilities include coordinating quality planning and evaluations, conducting internal audits and compliance assessments, maintaining quality documentation and process maps, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing quality performance reports for executive management.

Lead and manage the Nation's financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, reporting, audit preparation, and compliance. Serve as senior financial advisor to the CEO, Gimaa, and Council; review departmental budgets and consolidate the annual organizational budget.

Oversees and administers comprehensive human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leave and return-to-work management, performance management, compensation, benefits and pension administration, employment compliance, policy development, payroll support, health and safety coordination, and confidential employee record maintenance.
