Lead and develop a small engineering team to deliver core product features (document discovery, modern editor, AI integrations). Own hiring, performance, technical direction, architecture simplification, and predictable delivery. Partner with Product, Design, AI Research, and Customer Success to translate roadmap into scoped plans, improve engineering practices, and champion AI-assisted developer workflows.

Own and build end-to-end frontend features using React and TypeScript. Partner with product, design, and backend to deliver performant, accessible, data-dense interfaces, evolve component libraries, modernize frontend tooling, and drive architecture and quality across the frontend team.

Lead the design and implementation of data architecture for Arteria AI, focusing on data modeling and the ClickHouse-based data product. Collaborate with product teams, write Python code, and mentor engineers while ensuring data integrity for regulated industries.
