Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations: design solution architecture, run global design workshops, define processes, manage FIT/GAP, prototyping, testing, data conversion/integration, and client/stakeholder management to deliver scalable financial systems.

Lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation engagements as a strategic advisor and architect. Design cloud data platforms, warehouses/lakehouses, governance, BI/semantic models, and integration strategies. Provide delivery oversight, mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and support pre-sales and thought leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM implementations and ongoing operations. Provide functional expertise across SCM modules, perform fit-gap analysis, resolve production incidents, conduct RCA, coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support, assess quarterly updates and Redwood UI transition, recommend AI/automation, produce documentation, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.

Lead and architect full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-application business processes, drive Redwood UX and AI adoption, guide security, integrations, and master data strategies, and lead global delivery teams to deliver scalable, minimally customized Oracle Cloud solutions.

Lead functional project delivery for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations from client engagement through go-live. Design end-to-end SCM solutions across planning, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, order management, logistics, PLM, and procurement. Drive SaaS implementation lifecycle activities, manage teams in an onsite-offshore model, maintain client relationships, and ensure solution fit, testing, and delivery while coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.

Lead medium-to-large, multi-technology Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects globally. Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, project planning, budgets, stakeholder communications, success metrics, and methodology adherence. Drive scoping, execution, issue remediation, and continuous improvement. Support Practice PMO initiatives and occasional customer-facing activities.
