Manage complex, global Oracle and technology implementation programs containing multiple sub-projects. Lead cross-functional and distributed teams through requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment while controlling scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder communications. Develop project plans, manage client and internal teams, turn around troubled projects, support sales pursuits, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires extensive consulting and program management experience, multi-product implementations, executive communication, and travel up to 75%.

Lead global Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, from requirements gathering and process design through testing, deployment, and support definition. Advise clients on financial architectures, Oracle best practices, and business-process improvements across GL, AP, AR, cash management, assets, and reporting. Facilitate workshops, manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee onshore and offshore resources, mentor consultants, and maintain implementation documentation. The role also involves solution delivery, stakeholder presentations, and collaboration with HCM, SCM, and PPM teams.

Designs, develops, deploys, and troubleshoots Oracle Integration Cloud APIs and integration flows connecting on-premise and cloud applications. Builds synchronous, asynchronous, and batch integrations using Salesforce, file, and database connectors. Responsibilities include error handling, transformations, validation, technical design reviews, estimations, version control, change requests, bug fixes, and coordination with IT, Oracle support, infrastructure, DBAs, and business stakeholders.

Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM implementations and ongoing operations. Provide functional expertise across SCM modules, perform fit-gap analysis, resolve production incidents, conduct RCA, coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support, assess quarterly updates and Redwood UI transition, recommend AI/automation, produce documentation, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.

Lead and architect full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-application business processes, drive Redwood UX and AI adoption, guide security, integrations, and master data strategies, and lead global delivery teams to deliver scalable, minimally customized Oracle Cloud solutions.

Lead functional project delivery for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations from client engagement through go-live. Design end-to-end SCM solutions across planning, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, order management, logistics, PLM, and procurement. Drive SaaS implementation lifecycle activities, manage teams in an onsite-offshore model, maintain client relationships, and ensure solution fit, testing, and delivery while coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
