Lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation engagements as a strategic advisor and architect. Design cloud data platforms, warehouses/lakehouses, governance, BI/semantic models, and integration strategies. The role involves leading global Oracle Financials implementation projects, providing strategic guidance, and managing consulting resources while delivering scalable financial solutions.

Lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce data migration projects: define strategy, design and validate data models, build ETL pipelines, resolve data quality issues, perform reconciliation and validation, document mappings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, accurate migrations on schedule.

Lead discovery workshops, document and translate business and technical requirements, design and configure Salesforce features, create process/data flows and wireframes, validate requirements against SOW, support grooming/sprint planning, collaborate with QA for testing and traceability, run demos and UAT prep, estimate scope, and travel up to 25%.

Lead global, multi-product Oracle-focused technology programs through concept, design, build, test and deployment. Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, budgets, risks, stakeholders and program artifacts. Drive PM methodology adoption, support sales and turn around troubled projects. Travel as required and maintain customer-facing presence.
