Architect cloud-native solutions on GCP/Vertex AI, mentor engineers, coordinate agent-driven implementation, ensure observability and reliability, and communicate technical strategy to clients and stakeholders.

Lead frontend architecture and build scalable TypeScript/React/Next.js applications that integrate with AI/LLMs and composable CMS/search platforms. Translate product and design specs into agent-driven implementations, mentor engineers, ensure performance, accessibility, SEO, and GCP-based deployments, and communicate technical decisions to clients and stakeholders.

Lead and scale the Experience Design and Product practice: develop senior leaders, standardize AI-enabled workflows, own financials and monetization, drive quality and innovation, support business development and external thought leadership.

Lead end-to-end CRM, CDP, and marketing automation implementations; design MarTech stacks; write technical specifications; collaborate with PMs and engineers; advise clients on data, attribution, and lifecycle optimization; map user journeys; support analytics and reporting; present technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

The Senior Director of Business Development will manage sales plans, engage with tier 1 clients, lead proposal development, and collaborate with partners to achieve growth targets.
