Lead day-to-day Transfer Agency operations for alternative funds, ensuring timely client deliverables, regulatory and AML/KYC compliance, risk controls, process improvements, team training, client relationship management, reporting, and participation in business development and change management.

Lead private equity fund accounting and investor reporting for clients: prepare financial statements, capital calls/distributions, IRR and waterfall calculations, reconcile bank/brokerage, track portfolio transactions and complex structures, support audits and tax/regulatory reporting, respond to investor queries, and supervise team members.

Lead and manage Transfer Agency operations for alternative funds, ensuring robust controls, regulatory reporting, investor services, risk monitoring, process improvements, client relationship management, and team training. Oversee subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and controls compliance while supporting change management, projects, and senior management reporting.
