Serve as an escalation point for payroll issues, advise clients, conduct quality audits, improve workflows, maintain SOPs, and mentor team members. Use WagePoint and Karbon to improve automation, accuracy, communication, and service delivery while researching legislative updates.

The Cloud Accountant will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and risk management while improving operational processes using cloud-based tools.
