Manage yard operations, supervise and coach staff, set performance goals, maintain records, ensure health & safety and legal compliance, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous process improvements.

Monitor and manage active transportation runs using Samsara and TMS; track driver progress, identify and resolve delays or exceptions; communicate status with Dispatch, Planning, CSRs, drivers and carriers; update transportation systems and records; support service recovery, KPI tracking, and operational reporting.

Receive, verify, and record incoming materials; organize and label inventory; pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; maintain accurate inventory records and perform manual counts; keep the warehouse clean and safe; assist internal customers at the counter and support periodic audits and inventory reporting.

Coordinate and dispatch daily transportation across multiple locations: optimize routes and schedules, monitor drivers and equipment, communicate with drivers and operations, ensure on-time pickups, maintain records, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Support planning and execution of mechanical and industrial projects: prepare scopes, schedules (MS Project), cost estimates, procurements, tendering, contractor coordination, site inspections, compliance, project controls, commissioning, documentation, and liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Create POs in IBM Maximo and travel to AIM sites as required.

The Site Manager supervises operational tasks at the yard, ensuring compliance with company standards, optimizing processes, managing workflows, and providing feedback to employees.

Perform hands-on dismantling and depolluting of vehicles using hand and power tools. Prepare vehicles and parts for resale, sort batteries and salvaged parts, maintain yard cleanliness and safety.

Rotational Emerging Leader program exposing recent graduates to operations, logistics, finance, procurement, HR, and sales. Participants learn yard operations, transportation/dispatch, contract and inventory processes, supplier and vendor management, onboarding and talent acquisition, and customer relationship management to prepare for roles in Operations, Finance, or Commercial teams.
