Manage pre-owned vehicle sales inventory, including test drives, documentation, checklists, website updates, cleaning, detailing, and auction preparation. Provide customer service, answer questions, support sales teams, complete vehicle ownership transfers through Service Ontario or SAAQ, and communicate with branch and car sales managers.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of mechanical and industrial projects. Prepare schedules, cost estimates, RFQs/tenders, procurement, site inspections, project reporting, equipment commissioning, and regulatory approvals. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards. Travel to AIM sites in Canada and the U.S. as required.
