Provide full quantity surveying services across pre-construction and construction stages: contract administration, payment certification, cost allocation, change order review, tender review, estimating, procurement advice, client communication, and finalizing contract accounts for commercial, institutional, mixed-use and residential projects.

Support cost consulting for development advisory: produce estimates from concept to pre-tender, perform quantity takeoffs using on-screen software, conduct site visits, reconcile cost/budget reports, research supplier pricing, and collaborate to prepare proposals and improve processes.

As a Cost Consultant, you'll monitor construction loans, manage project budgets, assess project risks, and ensure accurate reporting to lenders on construction projects.

The Cost Consultant will deliver accurate cost consulting services to various construction sectors, assist in estimates, and project management.

Coordinate and produce proposals and marketing materials for business development; manage leads in Salesforce; research bid opportunities; prepare presentations; support invoicing, travel, and office communications; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet proposal deadlines.

Provide legal support for public company obligations, strategic transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments), securities and corporate governance, treasury matters, and cross-border/global operations. Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, Investor Relations and external counsel; manage disclosure, regulatory filings, due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, and continuous improvement of legal processes and policies.

The Associate, Cost Planning will monitor project budgets, review contractor claims, assess development schedules, and prepare financial reports related to loan advances.
