Manages and optimizes the company website ecosystem to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion. Responsibilities include CMS content publishing, landing page creation, website operations, CRO initiatives, A/B testing, UX enhancements, analytics monitoring, SEO and accessibility governance, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration. The role interprets GA4 and other website performance data to recommend improvements to customer journeys and digital experiences.

Research residential real estate markets in the Greater Toronto Area, validate and update market data, resolve data quality issues, conduct secondary research, support primary research preparation, respond to client inquiries, and maintain relationships with brokers and property stakeholders. The role includes site visits, historical data updates, cross-functional collaboration, and use of database and office productivity applications.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and commercialization of enterprise AI capabilities for the ARGUS Intelligence Platform. Builds LLM applications, agentic workflows, intelligent data extraction, AI analytics, and domain-specific models. Establishes AI/ML engineering standards, governance, testing, deployment, and reliability practices; evaluates emerging technologies; guides architecture and model strategy; mentors engineers; and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Analytics teams.

Leads Altus Group’s global brand narrative and integrated content strategy across markets, audiences, and channels. Defines positioning, messaging, editorial standards, workflows, governance, budgets, KPIs, and performance improvements. Translates product strategy, proprietary data, and industry expertise into compelling stories while partnering with marketing, PR, research, sales, executives, and subject matter experts. Manages and develops the Brand and Content team and guides strategic execution across a global matrixed organization.
