Partners with Product and Engineering on automation and AI opportunities while developing a Senior Analyst and advancing scalable business processes.

Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts as the primary contact for engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. Build trusted relationships, guide onboarding and product adoption, monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services. Use CRM and customer success tools to track engagement and inform decisions while delivering strong client outcomes and supporting long-term partnerships.

Leads the development and continuous improvement of global HR Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR data governance, reporting, audit readiness, service delivery, documentation, and technology enablement. Partners across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to standardize, automate, and improve processes using Workday, ServiceNow, self-service, chatbot, and AI-enabled solutions.

Translate go-to-market needs into Salesforce requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution recommendations. Support Salesforce configuration, implementation, testing, user acceptance, workflow improvements, data quality, reporting, dashboards, documentation, training, and change management. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and enterprise applications teams to deliver practical Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.

Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and SOQL. Build integrations with enterprise systems, support CI/CD and production releases, participate in code and design reviews, troubleshoot performance and security issues, and contribute to technical standards. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders. Support AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce and Einstein while following governance and SOX controls.

Coordinates commercial real estate valuation delivery, reviews internal and third-party appraisals for USPAP and regulatory compliance, analyzes market data and valuation assumptions, completes valuations across property types, and mentors analysts. The role also manages client, appraiser, analyst, and global service center coordination, supports appraisal issue resolution, allocates work, and improves delivery processes.

Provides technical leadership for a scalable data engineering platform on Databricks. Designs reusable frameworks, production pipelines, engineering standards, monitoring, and operational practices using Python, SQL, and Spark. Partners with Architecture, Data Science, ML Engineering, Product, and technology teams to integrate data capabilities, translate commercial real estate requirements, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and influence cross-team technical direction.

Designs, builds, and operates scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and cloud data infrastructure using Databricks and related technologies. The role focuses on data modeling, orchestration, quality checks, lineage, monitoring, access controls, and reusable engineering frameworks. The engineer partners with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and platform teams, contributes to architectural decisions and technical standards, troubleshoots production issues, reviews code, documents practices, and mentors junior engineers.
