Leads corporate accounting and expense operations across AP, AR, procurement, general ledger, and reconciliations. Oversees financial controls, reporting, risk monitoring, process automation, and operational improvements while developing the accounting team. Partners with finance leaders, executives, business stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to support scalable financial operations and informed decision-making.

Develop and maintain full-stack imaging applications through design, implementation, testing, support, optimization, and documentation. Build Angular and TypeScript front ends with Node.js or Python back ends on AWS. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, coordinate application support, improve performance and scalability, create validation and technical documentation, and contribute to project planning and continuous professional development.

The TMF Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining the Trial Master File content throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring completeness, organization, and compliance with regulations while collaborating with study teams and providing training.

Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master File documentation by filing, classifying, indexing, and quality-checking clinical trial records. Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and ALCOA+ principles; resolve documentation gaps and system issues; support audits, inspections, health checks, reporting, and process improvements. Collaborate with study teams, provide TMF guidance, and follow up on outstanding documentation while managing multiple priorities remotely.

Apply biostatistical methods to support clinical trials across study design, analysis, reporting, and data management. Provide statistical expertise to project teams, prepare SAPs, oversee data collection and analysis, support study reports and publications, and collaborate on academic research and methodology dissemination. Home-based; multiple openings.

Own and administer the Acumatica ERP platform across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Project Accounting. Configure workflows, reports, integrations, security, and user access; support procurement enablement and Finance operations; troubleshoot SAP Concur integration issues; coordinate with vendors and developers; manage upgrades, testing, change governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
