The Workplace AI Specialist trains staff on AI tools, develops prototypes, conducts needs assessments, and supports AI integration across departments.

The TMF Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining the Trial Master File content throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring completeness, organization, and compliance with regulations while collaborating with study teams and providing training.

Lead identification, outreach, recruitment, onboarding and performance management of North America clinical sites. Drive ASN strategy, KPIs, analytics, site engagement, process improvement, investigator portal development, and patient identification innovations. Support cross-functional initiatives, conference outreach, and contract negotiation to enhance clinical trial delivery.

The AI Enablement Specialist supports AI tool adoption by providing training, developing prototypes, and facilitating change management across the organization.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, credit and collections, expense reports, project payments and reconciliations. Investigate payment discrepancies, prepare invoices, site payments and regulatory reports, support journal entries, system testing, user setup, training, and documentation. Serve as backup for accounting coordinators and liaise with vendors, project teams and stakeholders.

The Controller leads the accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, ERP systems management, and ensuring compliance with tax and audit regulations while managing accounts payable and receivable.
