The Custody Specialist is responsible for daily trade settlements, reconciliations, records maintenance, issue resolution, and report preparation in the investment operations team.

Reviews and approves global investment-management marketing and sales communications for regulatory compliance, including websites, presentations, videos, podcasts, social media, RFPs, and questionnaires. The role also reviews email communications, prepares monitoring reports and escalations, maintains compliance records, updates procedures, and supports special projects. Candidates should understand capital markets, asset management, and Canadian securities regulations, with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Support and administer marketing technology platforms, build and deploy marketing automation workflows and email campaigns, manage audience segmentation and reporting, provide user support and training, troubleshoot platform issues, document processes, and help optimize marketing operations and integrations across teams and vendors.

Design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud/Data360 and Agentforce. Lead data integration, identity resolution, data modelling, AI-assisted workflows, Flow/Apex development, LWC/Visualforce components, and platform administration. Own end-to-end delivery, governance, data quality, and release management while partnering with sales and data teams to implement automation and AI-enabled sales workflows.

Serve as primary phone contact for financial advisors and investors, resolving account, transaction, procedural and product inquiries. Maintain product and policy knowledge, meet service standards, rotate shifts between 8 AM–8 PM, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive team environment while multitasking across computer applications.

Responsible for tax and expense reporting oversight, managing tax returns, liaising with CRA, reviewing invoices, and supporting fund governance and product initiatives.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CIO and CFO: manage complex calendars, prepare executives for meetings and board activities, coordinate travel and expenses, track action items, improve workflows, handle confidential stakeholder communications, and support special projects and departmental administration using Microsoft 365 and automation/AI tools.

Manage and grow mutual fund relationships across Niagara, the GTA and northern Ontario. Develop account and business plans, monitor advisor fund flows, provide product and sales support, deliver presentations and seminars, use CRM tools to manage activity, ensure compliance, and drive retention, cross-sell and new-advisor acquisition to meet district targets.

Lead business and technology project analysis across investment operations: gather requirements, design future-state processes, author functional specs and data maps, run vendor RFPs, support design reviews, develop test and training plans, and guide implementation to optimize workflow.
