Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees, troubleshoot end-user issues, manage Jira tickets, deploy and maintain systems, administer SaaS platforms, provision accounts and devices, support local network infrastructure, maintain IT assets, monitor security threats, and enforce compliance policies. The role supports the Toronto office five days per week and may independently maintain office technology infrastructure.

Build and operate backend systems supporting post-transaction card account accuracy, issue resolution, and customer communications. Break down projects, deliver work in phases, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, monitor system metrics, support availability and on-call operations, and contribute to code reviews and interviews. The role requires backend development experience, distributed systems knowledge, and proficiency in Python or Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

Lead the architecture, development, integration, deployment, and support of global financial systems and ERP/EPM platforms. Build scalable data integrations, establish engineering and governance standards, ensure monitoring, security, auditability, and system availability, and partner with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering leaders on the technical roadmap. Manage operational processes, promote quality and ownership, and develop a high-performing team.
