Coordinates day-to-day requests for the Colgate account, serving as a primary stakeholder contact. Prepares recurring reports, analyzes account and sales data, and builds Excel and Google Sheets trackers, dashboards, and client deliverables. Provides customer-facing business support while adapting to evolving client requirements within established processes. The role is office-based, requires bilingual communication and advanced spreadsheet skills, and has no travel or supervisory responsibilities.

Manages sales programs, client relationships, strategic planning, revenue growth, and P&L performance for assigned clients. Develops and implements marketing and sales strategies, analyzes syndicated data and market trends, achieves client sales and distribution goals, manages promotional funds, identifies new opportunities, and coordinates internal teams to support client initiatives. The role requires strong sales presentation, communication, forecasting, prioritization, and customer relationship skills, with travel up to 40%.

Supports customer sales planning through demand forecasting, trade-spend planning, POS and competitive analysis, forecast accuracy reviews, promotional impact assessment, and reconciliation of trade deductions. Develops customer projections, documents assumptions and risks, identifies forecast gaps, provides volume and trade-spend reporting, and recommends adjustments to improve planning and operational processes. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and spreadsheet skills, along with CPG experience.
