As a Customer Success Partner, you'll partner with clients to enhance their digital training, ensuring contract renewals and driving customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives and resource coordination.

Scope and deliver custom integrations and technical implementations of the 360Learning platform for strategic clients. Architect solutions, manage the implementation lifecycle, coordinate with sales and development, build repeatable tools, troubleshoot complex integrations, and contribute to knowledge base and service offerings.
