Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline development, executive engagement, consultative selling, product demonstrations, quota attainment, multi-threaded deal management, and mentoring junior Account Executives. The role requires regular customer travel of up to 25% and expertise in learning and development technology markets.

Qualify inbound marketing-qualified leads and source targeted outbound opportunities in the mid-market segment. Generate sales-qualified leads, schedule demos and meetings, create pipeline for account executives, and meet monthly quotas. Use CRM, sales engagement, social messaging, cold calling, and personalized email outreach. Participate in team meetings and trade shows while developing expertise in the 360Learning platform.

Manage strategic enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle, providing technical and functional expertise for SaaS integrations, SSO, APIs, platform architecture, solution audits, troubleshooting, and professional services. Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption, deliver scalable solutions, improve project processes, and provide recommendations that maximize customer value.
