Designs, implements, and operates enterprise IAM across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include Entra ID and Active Directory administration, federation, privileged access management, CyberArk and certificate lifecycle management, RBAC and ABAC, identity governance, non-human identity management, application provisioning, automation, audit support, and compliance. The role provides technical leadership for identity modernization and partners with security, infrastructure, HR, and business teams.

Responsibilities include conducting threat and technology risk assessments, developing policies and standards, overseeing MSSP and vendor performance, managing a governance and risk team, coordinating tabletop exercises, reporting enterprise cyber risk to executives and the Board, and delivering phishing simulations and security training.

Supports wholesale supply chain operations by analyzing data, preparing reports, measuring program performance, and recommending process improvements. Builds relationships with customers and suppliers to maintain compliance, documents policies and procedures, supports user acceptance testing and issue resolution, and contributes to special projects. Provides analytical and technical support to staff, project teams, senior management, and government stakeholders.

Manage multiple complex IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and objectives. Lead cross-functional teams, manage financials, resources, risks, vendors, procurement, requirements, governance, and stakeholder relationships. Monitor project performance, prepare leadership reports, coordinate mitigation strategies, and mentor project team members. Projects may involve enterprise platforms, infrastructure, cloud services, software development, and third-party providers.
