Coordinate and facilitate delivery of creative, localization, and research projects. Manage intake, localization workflows, asset trackers, proofing and handoffs, vendor invoicing and POs, onboarding, system access, and cross-functional stakeholder communications to ensure timely, on-brand deliveries and process performance tracking.

Lead and execute servicing strategy initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Manage projects, produce executive reporting, analyze operational data (SQL/Tableau/Snowflake), partner with Legal/Finance/Risk and third-party suppliers, and support workforce and supplier strategy to meet regulatory and quality targets.
