We are hiring a Vice President, Strategy & Business Development. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing high-level strategies to drive company growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. Key duties include creating long-term strategic plans, leading new business initiatives, and collaborating with cross functional teams like Sales, Product Development and Marketing. Requires a strong understanding of market analysis, financial feasibility, and leadership skills.

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning – Developing and implementing the overall strategic business plan, including market evaluation, and ensuring company policies, procedures and programs align with overall strategic objective.
  • Business Development – Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and acquisition targets.
  • Market analysis – Research target markets to identify development opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Financial oversight – Participate in financial modelling and ensure the viability of strategic initiatives.
  • Performance monitoring – Provide strategic oversight, identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate metrics into accountable actions.
