Develops, implements and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.

Implements standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products.

Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations.

Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.

Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Ensures that required testing artifacts are produced for all software released

Drives execution and scripts development to plan and support user driven tests.

Helps with the recreation and validation of customer reported issues.

Drives defect re-validation and resolution working collaboratively with development to manage break/fix releases

Provides proactive software quality assurance process assistance to Governance committees, development managers and Vertical leads

Experience you’ll bring:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.
-
8- 10 years of experience in design and development of Automation frameworks and Automation Testing Strategies for larger scaled applications.
-
Ability to document automation framework, test harnesses, coding principles & standards.
-
Experience managing a team of technical resources, coach and train resources on Automation.
-
Proven ability to develop automation frameworks and train teams to create automated test scripts.
-
Experience implementing automation with various software product life cycles
-
Experience automating web-based applications, client-server apps, mobile apps and batch jobs with an Azure DevOps environment.
-
Experience with HSA, FSA front ends, and Selenium testing framework is a big plus.
-
C# programming is required, consideration taken for Java experience.

Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
