We are looking for a resilient, motivated, and articulate team player to join our Sales Growth and Enablement Team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (‘SDR’) also referred to internally as Sales Excellence Specialist. This role sits within our Brand & Growth organization.

Our SDR team lives by the motto “no lead left behind”. You will leverage our sales tech, marketing assets and insights to engage with leads through digital channels, assessing their needs, qualifying their interest, and determining their readiness for handoff to Sales. You will also create nurture-like campaigns that follow typical marketing motions.

You’ll help drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth by delivering quality meetings to Sales, who will further engage with your qualified leads to address their international payments and hedging needs. You will also work on specific lead generation campaigns to deliver qualified and quality leads to specific groups within Convera.

This role requires collaboration with marketing, sales enablement and sales. Making this a great opportunity to understand Convera as a complete business and grow within this organization. This role opens the door for opportunities within Convera to expand your career into Sales, Marketing or Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Support: Monitor lead status and follow up diligently to meet lead response times, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
  • Secure Quality Meetings: Meet KPIs by securing quality meetings for our Sales teams around the world, ensuring smooth meeting handovers, allowing Sales to prepare for more in-depth conversations with leads.
  • Data Management & Lead Hygiene: Maintain clean and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks and every interaction is accurately recorded.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to refine lead-nurturing sequences.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Ability to demonstrate experience in marketing or sales. Minimum 18 months of experience in customer-facing lead generation or junior sales roles, ideally with knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX), Payments and Technology.
