Job Description
The Sales Development Program (SDP) is a three (3) month experience crafted to accelerate the careers of high potential college graduates and prepare them for immediate territory management within the organization. These next-gen leaders will have a background in science, demonstrate a passion for sales, and are willing to relocate anywhere within Canada upon completion of the program.

The SDP is a fully remote opportunity than can be completed from your residency with the exception of three (3) weeks of travel to Pittsburgh, PA in the United States. Your first two (2) weeks of the program will consist of traveling to the US for training and, for your final week, you will return to the US for graduation. All travel expenses (i.e. flights, hotel, vehicle transportation, and meals) will be covered by the company during these travel periods.
Candidates will be part of a cohort, anticipated to start in Spring 2025.
Upon completion of the SDP, you may transition into an interim role within the Canada region per the requirements of the business before offboarding into a full-time role within the Canada region – so geographic flexibility is required.
What to expect:
- Receive Commercial and Product training with real-world experiences
- Job shadow with salespeople and subject matter authorities
- Attend learning sessions held at various sites: Customer Service Center, Distribution warehouse, Manufacturing, and direct Sales
- Work with dedicated leaders and mentors
- Network and gain exposure to Commercial leaders
- Manage customer accounts and more!
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed / completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences / STEM-related field
- 0+ Proven record of establishing goals and achieving results
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven learning agility
- Proven leadership ability
- Geographic flexibility required
