Position Overview:

The Financial Services Product Marketing Specialist leads marketing programs and tactics to support the growth of the Financial Services businesses. This person will support the marketing manager in all aspects of financial services product marketing including strategy, market and competitive analysis, revenue forecasting, creative development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging both digital and traditional channels.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including but not limited to direct mail, print, email and web assets 
  • Develop creative briefs, work with internal creative, production, web and email teams to execute programs and campaigns 
  • Analyze and present results of marketing programs 
  • Support manager in strategy development, market and competitive analysis, marketing research and product positioning
  • Partner with financial services product and curriculum teams to identify courses to feature in marketing campaigns and collateral 
  • Other duties as assigned 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field 
  • Strong leadership, time management, organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to analyze marketing campaigns, data, and present results 
  • Ability to track and measure major KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members 
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills 
  • Extremely detail oriented and acute attention to accuracy 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilities 
  • Understanding of marketing and business development principles 
  • Education industry experience a plus.
