TouchBistro is on the hunt for a Product Manager to help shape the future of one of the world’s leading restaurant platforms. Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll own and execute product roadmaps that power unforgettable experiences for restaurants and their guests.
You’ll bring sharp product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for innovation to drive growth across our ecosystem.
Your Impact- Partner with the Director of Product to define a bold vision and roadmap aligned with restaurant needs and company strategy
- Turn insights into action by translating customer pain points into clear user stories, requirements, and deliverables
- Own product documentation, backlogs, and release plans to ensure seamless launches
- Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver impactful updates and enhancements
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals and success metrics
- Track and report KPIs to measure the business impact of every initiative
- You have 5+ years in product management (B2B or B2B2C SaaS preferred)
- You have proven success leading multiple agile teams and delivering continuous customer value
- You have strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- You have hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Pendo, and Tableau
- You have certifications such as Pragmatic Institute or CSPO ( a big plus)
