  • Dream up and roll out fresh learning strategies that get people pumped to grow using the latest technologies.

  • Track the impact—because measuring success means we’re making magic happen.

  • Keep our learning content sharp by updating, tweaking, and perfecting our programs.

  • Be a Talent team superhero, jumping in to help with projects and initiatives.

  • Bonus points if you’ve got video skills! Knowing how to produce and edit content is a big plus.

  • You’re a customer whisperer, pinpointing their needs and recommending spot-on solutions.

  • You’re a communication rockstar, with stellar skills in writing, speaking, presenting, and facilitating (and you’ve rocked some live training sessions too!).

  • Your people skills are on point—listening, writing, speaking, and leading groups with ease.

  • Adult learning? Check! If you’ve got formal training in designing and delivering for grown-up learners, that’s a big win.

  • Experience in experiential learning design? Awesome. We love creative, hands-on approaches.

  • You’re all about skill-building—whether it’s technical know-how, knowledge-sharing, or people-focused skills.
