About the role:
We're seeking an experienced Lead Digital Producer to join our team in Toronto. As a Lead Digital Producer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end production of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, web, and print. You will work closely with our financial client to understand their brand guidelines and deliver creative solutions that meet their objectives while showcasing your entrepreneurial spirit and creative flair.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the production of digital, social, web, and print content from brief to completion, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the client's brand standards
- Oversee production team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and adapt designs across multiple platforms
- Act as the point of escalation for resourcing requirements, thinking holistically across projects and brands
- Lead the project management of campaigns, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain all production-related documentation for future reference purposes
- Conduct regular status updates with internal teams and external clients, ensuring clear communication of project milestones and expectations
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in digital marketing, social media, web design, and UX/UI to continuously improve our output
- Motivate team members to deliver exceptional work and exceed expectations
- Support the creative team, knowing when to take risks to bring unique opportunities to our brand throughout the creative process from brief to release
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client, proactively managing their expectations and delivering solutions that meet their objectives
What you need to be great in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in digital production, with a strong background in managing multiple projects across various channels (paid media, digital & programmatic, social, web, print, retail and production)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
- Advertising agency experience working with account, creative and strategy teams preferred
- Experience managing and mentoring other team members
- Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively manage expectations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for small & large-scale campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects) and understanding of responsive design principles
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, social media best practices, and the latest digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate feedback clearly and succinctly, both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality output that meets the client's brand standards
- Experience with automation software and adapting/activating creative toolkits is a plus
- Ambitious with a desire to progress quickly, invested in the vision of the project as much as the planning and process management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a self-directed environment while recognizing when team collaboration is necessary
- Experience as a direct liaison between brand marketers and the creative team, coordinating work with 3rd party and offshore production teams if needed
- Experience with automation software and adapting/activating toolkits (e.g. Celtra, Figma)
