Director of PMO
Location: This is a 100% remote position and we are considering candidates from any major city in the USA

The Director of PMO will lead multiple teams of program managers responsible for customer deployments, ongoing value realization, managed threat services, and custom engagements. Armis is looking for a seasoned project management professional with deep expertise in ensuring the successful "end-to-end" delivery of projects and programs globally. This role will work closely with senior leaders across departments to ensure the delivery of technology solutions, build partnerships with all functions to ensure the PMO team understands business needs, functional specifications, and user journeys, and help resolve escalated cross-functional issues that impact project timelines. As a dynamic and evolving organization, Armis requires a leader who can provide the necessary structure for our teams while remaining adaptable to pivot with emerging business opportunities. This role will also drive the development of new services and programs, setting the foundation for our partners to deliver at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Drive the development and adoption of Armis deployment and service-related playbooks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Armis Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment on offerings and set appropriate customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with partners to operationalize and integrate Armis programs into their offerings.
  • Lead a team of program managers focused on Armis’ largest enterprise customers, ensuring deployments and ongoing initiatives stay on track.
  • Oversee project quality reviews, manage risks, monitor project performance, and communicate progress across the project portfolio.
  • Promote the adoption of project management standards, policies, and best practices to ensure efficient, consistent execution of client-facing projects.
  • Continuously assess and improve PM enablement materials based on team and customer feedback as well as performance metrics.
  • Partner with Armis leaders and business units to identify and develop new service opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience leading large project or program management teams across multiple functions
  • 10+ years of proven Program and Project Management experience
  • Able to synthesize disparate inputs into actionable frameworks, solutions and ultimate drive to results
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks in order to successfully meet project objectives
  • Prior experience in a technology or cyber security company, preferably enterprise SaaS business environment
  • Highly customer-centric approach with a strong focus on driving customer success and satisfaction



Salary range guidance for this position is: $163,000-$221,000 per year.
