As our Data & Analytics Lead, you'll be the go-to expert for data-driven insights across the organization, helping teams make smarter decisions through data. This role combines analytical expertise with business acumen to drive impact across all departments. You'll partner closely with our data engineering team and report to the Head of Analytics.

What You'll Do

  • Business Intelligence Leadership: Lead the development and maintenance of our core business reporting and KPI monitoring. You'll be the primary owner of our analytics dashboards and metrics definitions.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Serve as the go-to expert for day-to-day business questions, providing quick insights and analytical support. You'll partner with stakeholders to understand their metrics needs and develop effective monitoring solutions.
  • Strategic Analysis: Drive regular business reviews with leadership, presenting key metrics and actionable insights. Partner with teams like Marketing and Finance to support forecasting efforts and strategic planning.
  • Data Education: Collaborate with teams across the organization to improve their data literacy and analytical capabilities. You'll help democratize data access and empower teams to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with modern BI tools
  • Track record of partnering with business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience

The starting salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and location. We also offer competitive equity and benefits packages. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all requirements - we're looking for quick learners who are excited about growing with us.
