  • Deliver analytical support and presentations to investment teams across portfolio management, valuation reporting, and performance analytics
  • Actively collaborate with data, technology, operations, and finance teams to enhance data architecture and reporting infrastructure for the private credit platform
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new investments, reporting processes, and data sources to support the team across the full investment lifecycle

You bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development (required). Strong proficiency in Excel, eFront / Aladdin, Bloomberg at minimum
  • Strong programming capabilities in Python and/or SQL, with experience automating data workflows and managing large datasets (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across investment, finance, operations, and technology teams
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preference for candidates with strong data visualization skills, and ability to produce institutional-quality reporting dashboards and presentation materials

Challenges and Opportunities:

  • Operating at the intersection of investing and data operations, translating complex data into executive-facing analysis and reporting
  • Taking ownership of the design and enhancement of portfolio analytics, reporting frameworks, and investment decision-support tools across a growing private credit platform
  • Helping institutionalize and scale data governance, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities as the platform continues to grow
  • Fully imbedded in investment team and deal lifecycle, including investment diligence, onboarding, portfolio monitoring and performance monitoring
  • Working directly alongside investment professionals while gaining exposure to sophisticated transactions, institutional counterparties, and top-tier asset managers
